How much of your AI spending actually reaches the P&L?

Independent AI Value Realisation

Business Meeting_edited_edited.jpg

AI is no longer scarce. Proof of value is.

Gateway Growths helps executive teams decide which AI investments to fund, stop and scale — and turn AI activity into measurable business value.

No software. No licences. No implementation. Just an independent view of what is actually creating value.

What We Do

A four-week decision system for AI investment

AI Portfolio Visibility

See every live AI initiative, its spend, owner and intended value.

Goal: create one defensible view of the AI portfolio.

  • Current initiatives and spend

  • Named owners and outcomes

  • Duplications and blind spots

AI Value & Evidence Review

Test which initiatives are creating measurable business value — and which are not.

Goal: separate evidence from assertion.

  • Economic hypothesis per initiative

  • Evidence finance can accept

  • Where value is being lost

Fund · Stop · Scale Decisions

Turn the portfolio into clear executive decisions, ownership and action.

Goal: make the decisions the portfolio now requires.

  • Fund / stop / scale calls

  • Named executive accountability

  • 90-day execution priorities

Why an Independent View Matters

Independent by Design

No software, licences or implementation revenue. If something should stop, we can say so.

Executive Decision Discipline

Turn AI activity into clear decisions, named owners and evidence the business can defend.

Board-Ready Clarity

Know what to fund, what to stop, what to scale — and why.

Independent — But Not an Outsider

Led by Rossana Ricco-Rodgers

Former ABB Group Vice President with 26 years in enterprise technology and business transformation.

Her career spans the full transformation stack — from production, logistics and SAP implementation to ABB’s Group IT/ERP Competence Center, Group HR Technology, Group Finance Systems & BI, enterprise product management and advanced analytics.

She has led global platforms and portfolios across ~146,000 employees in ~100 countries.

Her UAE experience dates to 2005 through ABB Dubai, followed by regional ERP and transformation work across the Middle East.

Executive education: MIT Sloan, Oxford Saïd and Harvard Business School. MSc Engineering, Politecnico di Milano.

Enterprise Operator, Not Consultant

At ABB, Rossana progressed from hands-on ERP implementation and Group-level technology governance to executive ownership of global technology portfolios.

She built ABB’s first HRIS strategy and led its three-year execution with responsibility for a US$12M annual global technology budget.

She subsequently led Group Finance Systems, Group BI Applications and enterprise product-management organisations, advising senior executives on investment priorities, architecture, integration and business value.

That combination of operational, technology and executive experience underpins Gateway Growths today: AI is treated not as a technology project, but as an enterprise portfolio of investments that must create measurable business value.
